Challenge

The bank had to migrate all Windows XP devices globally ( 500 000 + ) to Windows 7 in a short period of time and needed a system to manage the end to end process with optimal quality and performance

Solution

Developed a system called DeliverIT tailored for HSBC.

The system integrates existing enterprise systems like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, SharePoint, Lotus domino, PeopleSoft and etc.

It has a fully automated workflow, asset management functionalities for tracking and barcode scanning the devices, takes complex logical decisions, produces MI reporting and dashboards.

The processes are automated, managed and optimised to be effective, cost efficient and achieve high operational performance.

Results

It is a system successfully used not only in the UK but adopted globally and endorsed by Senior Management for saving millions of pounds per year.
